Biography
Brandon Ross is an associate in the Real Estate Department of the firm’s New York office. Brandon focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, where he represents lenders in connection with acquisition, refinance, construction and mezzanine loans secured by a wide range of asset classes throughout the United States. Brandon has a broad foundation of experience in documenting lending transactions at origination and modification, drafting contracts of sale and leases, and coordinating title and survey review and all other aspects of legal due diligence in connection with commercial real estate transactions.
Brandon earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as Managing Editor of Staff of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and Vice President of the Hofstra Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
