Biography
Brad Windings is a BCLP Fellow in the St. Louis office. He is a member of the Business and Commercial Disputes practice group, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He is also actively involved in a variety of other litigation matters throughout the firm.
Brad also provides pro bono legal services for Concordance, a nonprofit reentry program aimed at reducing reincarceration in the St. Louis area. Brad has provided hundreds of hours of pro bono legal services to recently released offenders through his affiliation with Concordance. He typically handles all existing misdemeanor matters for offenders, as well as coordinating attaining their driver’s license and essential government records, modifications of child support obligations in light of incarceration, applications for disability, and appointment of counsel in relation to existing felony cases.
Brad earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was involved in the Immigration Law Clinic and provided pro bono humanitarian immigration legal services. Prior to attending law school, Brad received a B.S. in Political Science with minors in business law and criminal justice from Southeast Missouri State University.
