Anita Saran is the Firm’s Director of Risk and Compliance for the Americas. She is part of the Office of General Counsel. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing and negotiating Outside Counsel Guidelines and Client Terms of Engagement, and advising and training the Firm on risk management issues.
