Biography
Andrew is an associate attorney in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He represents public and privately-held companies in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures. He also regularly advises SEC-reporting companies with respect to securities law and corporate governance matters, including the review and preparation of registration statements, periodic reports and proxy materials.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 financial services company located in St. Louis, where he was responsible for a broad range of corporate matters and transactions, including securities offerings, credit facilities, private equity fund investments and commercial agreements.
He received his Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a certificate in Business Law and was an Executive Articles Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.
