Biography
Andrea Schwehr is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Disputes Practice Group. She has experience representing businesses and individuals in state and federal court throughout all phases of litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea served as a law clerk to the Honorable Graham C. Mullen, United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina in Charlotte, NC. Andrea assisted Judge Mullen in a variety of matters, including cases involving trademark disputes, commercial contracts, and Section 1983 civil rights cases.
While in law school, Andrea served as an articles editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy, deputy director of the Pro Bono Project, and president of the Latino Law Student Association, helping to establish a scholarship fund for incoming Latinx students.
