Biography

Andre Smith is an associate in the firm’s Tax, Employee Benefits and Private Client practice group. Andre regularly advises clients on transactional matters including taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations & restructurings, and provides analyses of domestic and international tax issues. He also has experience advising public and private entities in diverse organizational matters, entity formation, investments, side letters, renewable energy tax credits, and securitizations.

Andre received his JD from New York University School of Law.
