Allison Price serves as Conflicts and Ethics Counsel.  In this role, she manages the firm’s conflicts department, which is responsible for assessing conflicts of interest and other risk factors with new business and lateral hires in all jurisdictions where the firm practices. Ms. Price is responsible for a team of conflicts attorneys, who identify legal and business conflicts of interest that arise with new business and the onboarding of lateral attorneys, draft and review engagement letters and conflict waiver letters and erect and maintain ethical walls. Additionally, Ms. Price assists the General Counsel and firm attorneys with a variety of other ethics and professional responsibility issues that arise in the practice of law.  She also conducts training for lawyers and staff on conflicts and risk management issues.  Prior to this position with the firm, Ms. Price was the Loss Prevention Counsel at another large St. Louis firm.
