Biography

A member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Disputes practice group, Adam assists clients with all stages of litigation. Before joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Mark S. Massa of the Indiana Supreme Court. While clerking, Adam saw nearly every type of dispute, from contract and class action suits to constitutional and statutory claims and administrative challenges.

As a law student, Adam interned with the United States Department of Justice, where he helped draft appellate briefs for matters pending before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and assisted with criminal prosecutions and civil enforcement actions. He also helped represent a criminal defendant on direct appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit as part of Michigan’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic.
