Biography
Adam has litigated a wide range of high-stakes cases in federal and state courts throughout the nation, including class actions, complex business disputes, and consumer protection matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam’s practice focused on defending banks, lenders, mortgage servicers, and other financial institutions against matters relating to mortgage lending, loan servicing, debt collection practices, government investigations, banking operations, wire fraud, and other financial services disputes. Adam is well versed in all aspects of litigation, including arguing dispositive motions and managing large-scale e-discovery.
Adam received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school he served as a production editor of the Hastings Law Journal and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. Prior to law school, Adam graduated from the University of San Francisco.
