On Wednesday, July 14, BCLP’s U.S. Securities and Corporate Governance group and Israel group presented a webinar exploring the steps and key requirements to prepare for a U.S. public offering on Nasdaq or NYSE. They also discussed the U.S. foreign private issuer (FPI) regime, highlighting particular differences and considerations for FPIs along the course. Finally, the panelists explored trending topics for new public companies to bear in mind in 2021 including an in depth look at board diversity initiatives, minutes and developments in ESG requirements.

The panel featured BCLP Securities & Corporate Governance lawyers Katherine Fleming Ashton, Robert Endicott, Andrew Rodman and Vicki Westerhaus, and was moderated by the firm’s Tel Aviv-based consultant Nohar Bresler.
