Lawyers from BCLP Paris write article in Daf Mag about office taxation
Sep 15, 2022BCLP Partner in Tax Christine Daric and lawyer Thomas Poiret, members of the firm’s Paris office, wrote an article Sept. 9 for Daf Mag concerning office taxation. They describe the taxation applicable to offices throughout the life of the investment and held by owners subject to corporation tax, stressing that “office property has its own tax rules that the Director of Financial Affairs must master for the successful management of this investment.”
