Robert Hoffman Inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers
Oct 17, 2024BCLP Partner and Co-Global Practice Group Leader – Business and Commercial Disputes, Robert Hoffman, was recently inducted into the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the premier professional trial organizations in North America. Approximately 900 Fellows and guests from across North America gathered in Nashville, Tennessee, to discuss key issues affecting the legal profession and to induct 88 new Fellows, including Bob.
Founded in 1950, the ACTL is composed of the finest trial lawyers from the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Fellowship is extended by invitation only after a thorough vetting process and is reserved for experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy while demonstrating the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Eligible lawyers must have at least fifteen years of trial experience to be considered.
The College’s membership is limited to no more than one percent of the lawyer population in any state or province. Currently, the organization includes approximately 5,700 members across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The ACTL is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice and ethics while advocating for the administration of justice, judicial independence, and fair representation for all parties in legal proceedings.
Bob induction into the fellowship reflects his significant contributions to the field of trial law and underscores his commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism while guiding clients.
