Jinal will moderate a panel discussion on the current M&A market shape entitled ‘What are the potential headwinds facing global M&A?’ In a volatile market shaped by global geopolitics, inflation, higher interest rates, taxes, regulation and fallout from COVID-19, we will look at the dealmaker's thoughts on the speed of change impacting significant M&A opportunities.
