Partners Named BTI M&A Client Service All-Stars 2021

BCLP Partners David Fisher and Joel Lander have been named BTI M&A Client Service All-Stars for 2021. BTI compiles its annual list of the nation’s top attorneys for delivering superior service to corporate clients by polling hundreds of general counsel and other legal decision makers. The resulting 207-attorney M&A Client Service All-Stars list features those attorneys who are influencing and changing the legal industry.

David’s M&A practice includes broad-based knowledge of transactional, securities and general corporate operations. He has an extensive background in counseling private and public companies, including multinational corporations and private equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital-raising, financings and public and private offerings. He has formed long-term client relationships, particularly in the manufacturing, heavy machinery, software and technology, and consumer products industries.

Joel concentrates his M&A practice in the areas of business and transactional counseling. He regularly leads the negotiation and execution of transactions for individuals and corporate clients buying and selling businesses in the U.S. and across the world. He also regularly advises a variety of public and private company clients in a broad range of complex business transactions and related matters, including joint ventures and other corporate and commercial matters. Joel has experience with companies in numerous industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, technology, life sciences, private equity and consumer goods.
