Partner Rebecca Campbell joins Real Estate Balance Policy and Campaigns Committee
Jul 13, 2023Leading global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) announces the appointment of Real Estate Disputes partner Rebecca Campbell to Real Estate Balance’s Policy and Campaigns Committee (PCC). Rebecca will serve a three-year term alongside other esteemed professionals, contributing her expertise and ideas to promote inclusion and diversity (I&D) initiatives and thought leadership within the industry.
Rebecca has demonstrated her commitment to driving positive cultural changes and promoting I&D throughout her time at BCLP. With over a decade of experience as a real estate disputes lawyer, Rebecca has made notable contributions to the field. She co-created the BCLP Amplify bespoke training and coaching programme, which supported women within BCLP’s UK lawyer and business services communities to develop authentic and impactful communication skills. The success of Amplify led Rebecca to contribute to the creation and launch of Podium, a transatlantic programme that focuses on business development and high-impact presentation skills to benefit the next generation female leaders at BCLP and at client companies in Europe and US. In her previous role as chair of the Property Litigation Association’s Education and Training Committee, Rebecca championed D&I by widening access to training opportunities for the association’s 1,500 members across the UK.
