BCLP Partner George Chen will present at the 2022 AUTM Annual Meeting on Feb. 21, hosted in New Orleans and virtually. George will discuss the legal aspects of patenting artificial intelligence (AI) inventions, including a summary of the evolution of the U.S. laws related to patenting such inventions, as related to inventorship, and subject matter eligibility post-Alice.
