BCLP Partner Sarah Hartley authored an article published March 30 by LawInSport examining the US Soccer Federation’s (USSF) settlement of its long-running equal pay dispute with the US Women’s National Team (the USWNT). Sarah considers issues at the background of the equal pay dispute, the history of the litigation, the settlement, and the outstanding challenges remaining to achieve equal pay.
