McAlpin Featured in ‘Directors Briefing’ on Board Diversity
Mar 01, 2021Atlanta Partner Jim McAlpin is featured in the March/April edition of “Directors Briefing,” from the ABA Banking Journal. McAlpin was interviewed on the topic of board diversity and why it matters – specifically, the introduction of millennials to the board. “As millennials reach a stage of leadership in companies, they are becoming attractive board candidates,” said McAlpin, global leader of BCLP’s Banking Practice Group. “They bring a fresh perspective on doing business in a virtual world, and can also bring valuable perspective on the expectations of their generation in a banking relationship.” Click here to read the article, on page 3.
