BCLP Partners Angelia Duncan, Paul Donohue, Christian Auty, Bob Stupar, Katie Schwarting, Counsel Jarret Hitchings and Saadia Ghazi, and Associate Andrea Rastelli presented at BCLP's In-House CLE Institute, hosted in Charlotte.

Christian Auty and Andrea Rastelli presented on how data breaches and ransomware attacks can impact your organization and how to protect your organization before and after a security incident. This technology-focused program will help you understand the risks associated with data breaches and ransomware attacks. Bob Stupar and Jarret Hitchings will gave an overview of the most commonly used commercial real estate lender strategies and remedies in connection with distressed and defaulted commercial real estate loans. Katie Schwarting and Saadia Ghazi provided insights on the impact of unconscious bias within the workplace and how to interrupt negative unconscious bias in an ethical way.
