Associate Kurt Steinhouse served as a panelist on May 26 for the Drafting and Negotiating Community Benefits Agreements (CBAs) workshop at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development, hosted in Washington, DC. Panelists discussed their respective experience with CBAs, as well as possibilities for new and innovative ways to use them to resolve disputes between community residents and developers.

This year’s ABA Forum covered the latest developments in affordable housing and community development law, while also offering an opportunity to consider broader forces affecting the nation’s affordable housing and community development resources.
