International law firm BCLP today announces the appointment of Caspar Samuel von Eicke und Polwitz as a notary in the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. As of July 25, he will offer the full range of notarial services and activities in addition to his legal advice as of counsel.

This announcement follows Dirk Ehleben’s appointment as notary in the Berlin State Court in December last year. With a total of six notaries at the Berlin and Frankfurt offices, BCLP is strengthening its global capabilities and commitment to excellence.  

Caspar Samuel von Eicke und Polwitz has been with BCLP since 2017, serving as a Real Estate practice group lawyer. He advises national and international clients, including public entities, institutional investors and family offices, across all key areas of corporate and real estate law. His real estate law practice focuses on the purchase and sale of properties as part of share and asset deals, as well as commercial leases and other property-related transactions. In corporate law, Caspar Samuel von Eicke und Polwitz advises clients in connection with private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings.
