BCLP and a team including St. Louis Partner Charlie Weiss, Counsel Steve Snodgrass and Associate Jonathan Potts have been noted in numerous outlets for the recent announcement of complete exoneration of pro bono client Donald Nash, who was wrongfully convicted of capital murder in 2009. The firm has worked to prove Nash’s innocence for the last eight years, with the state of Missouri finally dismissing all charges with prejudice on Oct. 9. The successful outcome was featured Oct. 19 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Oct. 16 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and Oct. 9 by The Salem News.
