'Crain’s Chicago Business' names Heidi Azulay & Mimi Moore as 2024 Notable Women In Law

BCLP Commercial Real Estate Partner Heidi Azulay and Partner and Global Practice Group Leader - Employment & Labor, Mary Margaret (Mimi) Moore have each been recognized and selected as a Notable Woman in Law by Crain’s Chicago Business. The annual list recognizes women in the profession for their professional achievements, leadership, and dedication to civic, philanthropic, and mentoring activities.

Heidi concentrates her practice in transactional real estate and finance. Real estate investment trusts, emerging growth companies, and institutional, commercial and developer clients value Heidi’s guidance and practical approach to their complex commercial real estate transactions, which range from acquisitions, dispositions, development and complex leasing and asset management projects to financings, joint ventures and restructurings covering nearly every asset class. Beyond Heidi’s experience across the spectrum of real estate and finance transactions, Heidi has a deep understanding of complex transactions related to sports stadium and arena projects. Heidi currently serves as a board member on the American Lung Association Local Leadership Board and is a mentor to other attorneys across the country.

Mimi leads the Firm’s global employment and labor practice group consisting of more than 50 attorneys. She had been a trusted and practical advisor to clients for more than 30 years, specializing in workplace harassment and violence investigations, class and high stakes employment litigation, and complex compliance issues. She is involved in, and a former Co-Chair of, the Working on Womanhood Youth Guidance Advisory Board which provides mental health counseling services to Chicago Public School students and enjoys providing pro bono services to non-profit organizations.
