BCLP advises Sirius hotel group in the Cité des Vins et des Climats de Bourgogne
Mar 19, 2021BCLP advised the Sirius hotel group on the entry of four institutional investors into the capital of its newly formed subsidiary dedicated to the construction and operation of a new four-star, 75-room hotel-restaurant in the Cité des Vins et des Climats de Beaune in Burgundy (France).
Bpifrance, a long-standing partner of the Sirius hotel group, and three new investors (Cadinvest, Bourgogne Franche-Comté Croissance and CEBFC LT), decided to support the Sirius hotel group in its project relating to the construction and operation of a four-star hotel-restaurant with 75 rooms located in the Cité des Vins et des Climats in Burgundy. As a result of this partnership, the investors have taken a direct stake in the new subsidiary, which they have also financed through a convertible bonds issue.
The banks Caisse d'Epargne et de Prévoyance Bourgogne Franche-Comté and Banque Populaire Bourgogne Franche-Comté also contributed to this project through separate bank financings.
