International law firm BCLP advised ironSource, an Israeli company providing a leading business platform for the app economy, on its acquisition of Luna Labs, a creative management platform for mobile ads.

The acquisition, completed Feb. 16, marks another step for ironSource in creating a comprehensive business platform for app and game developers.

A multidisciplinary BCLP team led by M&A and Corporate Partners Jonathan Morris and Marie Johnson advised ironSource on various deal aspects. The BCLP team worked in close collaboration with leading Israeli law firm Meitar.

Morris commented: “We are delighted to have successfully advised ironSource on this significant deal that will add high-quality ad creation management into the ironSource platform. The collaboration of a multidisciplinary BCLP team with Meitar enabled us to provide comprehensive and sound legal guidance.”
