BCLP advises Family Office on the acquisition of an office building in Monheim

International law firm BCLP has advised a family office on the acquisition of an office building as well as a multi-story car park both located on the Rheinpromenade at the Rheinpark Quartier in Monheim, Germany. The properties were sold by the Dutch KRE Group. Transaction advice and management on the part of the buyer was provided by Spark Capital.

The premises of the six-story office building with a gross floor area of approx. 6,400 m² are leased to multiple tenants on a long-term basis. The car park of approx. 1,500 m², completed in 2016, offers around 350 parking spaces on 13 levels. In addition to these two properties, Rheinpark Quartier in Monheim comprises three further office buildings.
