BCLP Advises Collineo on Placement of Bond for Deutsche KapitalWert

International law firm BCLP advised financial services provider Collineo Asset Management GmbH on the structuring and placement of a bond for a project corporation of Deutsche KapitalWert AG. The bond has an issue volume of 8 million euros and a term of three years.

DKW Deutsche KapitalWert AG, located in Berlin and Munich, focusses on the development of commercial properties as well as quarter developments in large and medium-sized cities and their surrounding areas. The group has 10 years of expertise in building rights acquisition and development, asset and portfolio management, and turnkey construction. This issue is the first bond in the corporate history of DKW AG. The bond for institutional investors was distributed as part of a private placement.

The bond capital is to be used to realize the project development “Kö2" at Hannover central train station. This commercial project comprises a listed historic building and a new construction planned according to a green building concept with a total of approximately 9,600 square meters of gross floor space and 44 underground parking spaces. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023.

BCLP regularly advised Collineo on similar transactions and was once again responsible for the structuring and documentation of the bond.
