International law firm BCLP advised ARA Europe, formerly the real estate platform of InfraRed Capital Partners, on the sale of an approximately 5,400-square-meter site at the intersection of the Munich districts of Haidhausen, Ramersdorf, and Obergiesing. The buyer is Pandion.

The site is located on Germersheimer Strasse and adjoins the office campus Weisses Quartier, which is currently being comprehensively refurbished. Pandion plans to develop a residential area of around 11,500-square-meters on the site by 2026, as well as a day-care center integrated into the building and a three-story underground parking garage.

ARA Europe is a leading European real estate investment manager and part of ARA Asset Management Limited, a leading APAC real estate fund manager with gross assets under management of US$ 95 billion .

A BCLP team led by Real Estate Partner Dr. Norbert Impelmann advised ARA Europe on this transaction. Norbert already had a long-standing client relationship with InfraRed Capital Partners before its real estate platform merged into ARA Europe and regularly assisted the company in its real estate investments and project developments. In the current transaction, he was supported by BCLP Senior Associate Jennifer Lange.
