BCLP Advises Amiad on Proposed Listing on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and De-listing from AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange

International law firm BCLP is advising long-standing client Amiad Water Systems Limited (Amiad) on the proposed listing of its shares to trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and cancellation of the listing of those shares to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Amiad Water Systems (AIM: AFS) is a leading global producer of automatic, self-cleaning water treatment and filtration products and systems. Amiad provides cost-effective “green” solutions for irrigation and industrial purposes, including systems for filtration and water treatment, micro irrigation and membrane protection, wastewater and potable water treatment, cooling systems and sea water filtration. Headquartered in Israel, Amiad provides these solutions through 10 subsidiaries and a comprehensive network of distributors to customers in more than 80 countries.

The company is seeking shareholder approval for the proposed AIM cancellation, conditional upon the TASE listing taking place, at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 July 2021.
