Berlin State Court appoints BCLP real estate counsel Dirk Ehleben as notary public
Dec 14, 2023International law firm BCLP today announces that Dirk Ehleben, real estate counsel, has been appointed as a notary in the Berlin State Court. As of December 5, he will offer the full range of notarial services in addition to his ongoing legal advice.

Dirk, 35, joined BCLP’s Berlin team in 2012 as a student assistant and began his legal career in 2015 as part of the Real Estate practice group. He was appointed counsel earlier this year. In his legal practice, he focuses on clients from the real estate private equity sector, advising primarily on transactions (share and asset deals), joint ventures, project developments and lettings. He also has extensive experience in advising funds on the regulatory requirements for cross-border real estate transactions. He specializes in the office, hotel and logistics/light industrial sectors.
He has advised on many recent projects, including the acquisition of the Center Parcs Allgäu vacation park by TwentyTwo Real Estate; the acquisition, financing and development by BentallGreenOak of the "Mittelweserpark" industrial and logistics park, near Nienburg in Lower Saxony; and the leasing of a Berlin location for the London-based co-working provider Techspace. His clients include companies such as PIMCO Prime Real Estate GmbH, Barings Real Estate, Hansainvest, Sirius Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners.
Dirk studied law in Berlin and Frankfurt. At BCLP, he specializes in particular in the office, hotel and logistics/light industrial real estate sectors.
