BCLP welcomes new partner to strengthen Corporate/M&A and Private Equity Practice

BCLP announces the arrival of Jean-Patrice Labautière, who will strengthen the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity Practice.

This addition continues the firm’s rapid growth in France and further reinforces its Corporate/M&A Practice with a strategic hire.

Joining the firm from Winston & Strawn, Jean-Patrice has a strong background in M&A and private equity work, with a particular focus on the health care and technology sectors. His solid, long-term client base is made of up leading companies in their markets and investment funds dedicated to the mid-cap sector.

This sector experience is set to reinforce BCLP's position in France as a main player. Recent deals Jean-Patrice has advised on include Technicolor’s sale of its brand licensing activities, Eurazeo on its investment in the Novair group (production of medical and industrial gases), and Ipsos on the acquisition of four divisions of GfK in 25 countries.

BCLP’s Corporate/M&A Team includes 15 lawyers in Paris led by Partners Christian Sauer, Frédéric Jungels and Roland Montfort, with Of Counsel Kai Volpel.
