"I am delighted that our office is welcoming our 19thpartner. Anne’s arrival fully meets our ambition to provide clients with a complete service offering – and this is now the case for the Real Estate Practice – by adding urban planning and development to the existing skills in Investment, Funding, Tax and Environment," said Olivier Mesmin, co-managing partner of the Paris office.
Anne has developed deep experience in public real estate law, both in advisory and litigation matters. In particular, she is involved in setting up complex real estate transactions and deals relating to regulatory and operational urban planning, regulations applying to commercial development, office approval or establishments open to the public, including expropriation or pre-emption procedures. She also advises a wide range of clients on the acquisition, financing, or management of classified facilities or polluted sites. She will co-develop this practice with the Environment & Renewable Energy Team led by Partner Jean-Pierre Delvigne.
"Anne's arrival and the excellence of her background will enable us to meet the growing demand of our French and international clients and to assist them with all of their real estate projects," adds Henry Ranchon, partner in charge of the Real Estate Team in Paris.
"I am very enthusiastic about joining the BCLP Real Estate Team, which I have had the opportunity to work with on a number of cases and whose reputation for excellence is well established. The firm's strength in real estate in France and abroad is a real asset for clients. In addition, the firm's dynamic development in France over the past two years was a decisive factor in my choice. It is extremely motivating to be involved in such a project," concludes Anne.
