BCLP Team Advises Sangoma Technologies on $437 Million Acquisition

A cross-practice BCLP team advised Sangoma Technologies Corporation, a publicly traded Ontario, Canada, corporation, on its acquisition of StarBlue Inc., also known as Star2Star Communications, a telephone voice and data communication services provider.

The purchase price of approximately $437 million is comprised of $105 million and 110 million shares of Sangoma common stock. The transaction is subject to, among other things, Sangoma shareholders’ approval at an upcoming special meeting of shareholders. The transaction strengthens Sangoma’s goal to become a full-spectrum integrated cloud-native communications services provider with a combined annual revenue approaching $250 million.
