BCLP team advises on $965 million Driscoll’s deal

A BCLP deal team is advising berry company Driscoll’s Inc. on the $965 million takeover of Australian fruit and vegetable grower Costa Group Holdings. “Driscolls was part of a consortium led by U.S. private equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners to acquire Costa in a deal that ascribes an enterprise value of approximately $1.6 billion and an equity value of approximately $965 million to the company,” stated Law.com

The deal team is led by Driscoll’s client relationship partner Carol Osborne, BCLP’s Global Department Leader – Corporate and Finance Transactions. The team includes Sydney-based partners, Patrick Johnson and Andrew Hockley.

The deal was highlighted Oct. 13 in Law.com.
