BCLP advises Ipsos S.A, one of the world's leading market research and opinion polling companies, listed on Euronext Paris, with a presence in 90 markets and nearly 20,000 employees, in connection with its "Ipsos Partnership 2024" operation.

Ipsos Partners is an investment entity established in 2016 dedicated to Ipsos executives and senior managers.

In June 2024, nearly 330 Ipsos executives in 51 countries invested c. 18 million euros in Ipsos Partners.

The funds raised will enable Ipsos Partners to increase its stake in DT & Partners, the holding company of Didier Truchot, founder of Ipsos. This will result in DT & Partners holding nearly 20% of the voting rights in Ipsos S.A.

BCLP's multi-jurisdictional team was coordinated by Paris-based Partner Jean-Patrice Labautière and Associate Maël Bobard, assisted by Partner Christine Daric and Senior Associate Jeanne Gloor for the tax aspects.

BCLP's international platform supported the transaction in several countries, with Andrew Rodman and Frank Crisafi in the USA, and Andrew Cromb, Mark Brailsford and Sarah Johnson in the UK.
