Jan 16, 2025International law firm BCLP announced today that Marc Thorley will join the London office later this month as a partner in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations practice group, within business and commercial disputes.
Marc joins the firm from Baker McKenzie, where he previously served as EMEA Lead for its Global Financial Institutions Group. Prior to this, he spent twelve years as a partner at Simmons & Simmons, including a three-year stint in Hong Kong, where he served as Asia Head of Dispute Resolution.

Marc Thorley, Partner, Litigation and Investigation, said, "BCLP’s FSDI team has an outstanding track record in high-stakes financial services disputes, serves fantastic clients, and is on an impressive upwards trajectory. I’m thrilled to join a team with such momentum and excited to help drive that forward."
