BCLP senior associate Rachel Sheridan recently participated in a panel session at the CBRE Data Center Solutions Forum in London.

The session, held on March 21st, was part of CBRE’s quarterly Data Centre Forum, focusing on the evolution of Europe’s colocation data centre markets. Discussions ranged from capital markets to regulation and their potential impacts on sector investors.

The panellists debated how the current environment will impact the data centre industry’s ability to meet unprecedented demand for space at colocation data centres across Europe. Rachel contributed valuable insights on forthcoming regulations and their implications for investors in the sector, as well as the importance of growing incoming talent to tackle energy issues and power constraints.

Rachel is a senior associate within the Real Estate department, with a keen focus on development work, rights of light, and data centres and digital infrastructure. Her data centre experience encompasses various aspects of the data centre domain, including acquisitions, development agreements, and sale/leaseback arrangements.
