BCLP Partners Participate in Webinar on Recent Cases and Trends in Construction Disputes
May 30, 2022BCLP Partners Shy Jackson, James Clarke, and Kwon Lee participated in the webinar “Construction Law Update: Recent English law cases and trends in construction disputes” on June 8.
BCLP is co-hosted the webinar with Kim & Chang and the International Contractors Association of Korea (ICAK). The presentation covered some recent court decisions related to issues such as delay, limitation of liability and good faith. The speakers then considered recent trends – including the presentation and assessment of claims arising from the pandemic, the conduct of arbitration and the use of alternative dispute resolution methods.
