BCLP Partners Join PwC as Panelists for ESG Panel Discussion
Jun 01, 2022BCLP Partners Bill Cole and Steve Poplawski led a BCLP team joined by Michael “Casey” Herman of PwC to present on ESG issues at the St. Louis chapter meeting for the Society for Corporate Governance.
The panelists at this May 24 event provided an overview of the proposed SEC Climate-Related Disclosure Rules, and discussed the heightened expectations around ESG strategy and disclosure from investors, global regulators and other stakeholders. The discussion helped to provide insight into practical next steps for boards, legal and finance organizations as ESG rises to the top of board agendas and becomes part of mainstream regulatory reporting.
