BCLP partner re-elected to Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section Board of Directors

BCLP Partner and Toxic Tort Practice Co-Leader Christian Bromley has been elected to serve a second term on the Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 bar year. Christian and his fellow board members will help lead the Litigation Section to promote professional development, foster relationships, and further community engagement and service.

The Litigation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association is the largest section by membership and is comprised of litigators across various practices, including both plaintiff’s and defense lawyers, mediators and dispute resolution practitioners, as well as judges from several state and federal courts. 

Christian is a litigator focused on complex commercial disputes, mass tort, and class action litigation involving corporate transactions, insurance, financial services, environmental claims, and a variety of consumer disputes. He is a resident in the firm’s Atlanta and Los Angeles offices. Christian regularly represents clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in California, Florida, Georgia, and many other venues nationwide.
