BCLP Paris lawyers author article in BRDA on the regulation of foreign investments in France
Jan 13, 2023BCLP Paris Partners Roland Montfort and Christian Sauer, with Alexandre Gelblat (counsel) authored an article published Dec. 13 in ‘Bulletin Rapide de Droit des Affaires’ concerning the regulation of foreign investments in France. After recalling the regulatory changes resulting from the 2019 “Loi Pacte”, they share some practical advice based on their experience in investment control in the context of M&A transactions.
