BCLP Named Chicago Committee 2021 Diversity Award Winner

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is the recipient of the 2021 Change Agent Award presented by the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms. 

The award celebrates large law firms for exceptional engagement and outcomes related to diverse attorney mentoring and professional development, work allocation and monitoring systems, business development programs, and retention and promotion efforts.

The Chicago Committee noted BCLP’s intentional and comprehensive programs to develop and advance diverse attorneys in the legal industry.

BCLP’s Chicago Office has been a long-standing partner with the Chicago Committee and is proud to receive this recognition. Partners and associates have committed significant time and energy to the organization’s efforts over the past decade.

Currently, Associates Alejandro Montenegro and Demetria Hamilton are serving significant roles with the Chicago Committee: Alejandro is the current chair of the Associate Board and Demetria serves as an Associate Board member.
