BCLP Lawyers Recognized by JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards

BCLP Partner Tom Lee and Knowledge Lawyer John Kindschuh were recognized by JD Supra in the 2024 JD Supra Readers’ Choice awards for the Environment category. The Readers' Choice Awards recognize top authors and firms for their visibility and thought leadership covering 31 key, cross-industry topics, with 10 authors selected per category.

An article authored by Tom Lee, John Kindschuh, and Emma Cormier was also recognized as a top read article. The article, “PFAS Update: State-By-State PFAS Drinking Water Standards - February 2023” surveys the maximum contaminant levels as well as guidance and notification levels, for PFAS compounds – typically perfluorooctane sulfonate and perfluorooctanoic acid– in drinking water across the United States.
