BCLP Lawyer to speak at CIArb International Conference in Cyprus

BCLP Construction Disputes partner, Shy Jackson, will be a featured speaker and panellist at this year's edition of the CIArb Cyprus International Conference. The event will be held on 21 May 2024 at The GrandResort Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.

This year’s conference will centre around the theme of 'Advancing Excellence: Global Perspectives on Construction Dispute Resolution,' where it is anticipated that the industry’s leading experts will discuss the complexities of resolving construction disputes worldwide. Shy will focus his talk on ‘Disputes in a Collaborative World’, before joining other panellists in discussing ‘Strategic Use of Early or Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Construction’.

CIArb Cyprus is the local branch of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the world’s leading qualifications and professional body for dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The centre provides education and training for arbitrators, mediators and adjudicators worldwide.
