BCLP Lawyer named to ‘Lawyers of Color Hot List 2022’

BCLP Associate Peter Hur was named to the Lawyers of Color Hot List 2022, which recognizes young attorneys who exemplify integrity, high achievement, leadership, and a passion for diversity.

The Lawyers of Color selection committee, composed of the editorial staff, fellows and advisers, reviewed nominations and researched legal publications in order to identify promising candidates. The organization accepted nominations from mentors, peers, and colleagues. It also made editorial picks based on research of attorneys who had noteworthy accomplishments, giving special attention to candidates who were active in diversity pipeline initiatives.

Peter is an associate in the Real Estate Department of the firm’s New York office and a key member of the firm’s global Korea Practice. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, representing clients in connection with joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing across a variety of asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and mixed use. Earlier in his career, Peter had focused his practice on general corporate matters and private equity transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, growth and venture capital investments as well as debt financing transactions.
