BCLP in Paris Advises on Solar Power Plant Financing

A Paris-based BCLP team advised the financial parties Helia Conseil, Auxifip, Caisse d'Epargne Aquitaine Poitou Charentes, NATIXIS and Crédit Agricole d'Aquitaine on the establishment of financing for the REDEN SOLAR group to construct a portfolio of 12 solar power plants, on the ground or on roofs. The project will have cumulative power of 45 megawatts. 

The BCLP team included Partner David Blondel and Associates Charles Sechao, Maylis Darcet and Emmanuel le Galloc’h on financing, and Partner Jean-Pierre Delvigne and Associate Maxime Dupuis on contractual and regulatory audit aspects.
