Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner was mentioned in Law360 on Sept. 21 and The Daily Report on Sept. 22 in connection with the dismissal of an antitrust case against client Google. A Georgia federal court dismissed the case from Inform Inc., an Atlanta-based digital media advertising company, which accused Google of using a pattern of anti-competitive behavior to cement dominance over several interrelated markets. The order tossed the majority of the case with prejudice but allows for the filing of tortious interference claims in state court. Google is represented by Partner Eric Schroeder and Associate Brian Underwood. (Subscriptions may be required.)
