BCLP hosts Trans & Non-Binary language and pronouns workshop
Aug 02, 2022As part of the firm’s Pride celebration, BCLP hosted a firmwide Trans & Non-binary Language & Pronouns Workshop July 27, which focused on the importance of using correct pronouns and understanding the changes to pronoun usage. During this workshop, approximately 300 BCLP colleagues learned about relevant legislation, base line terminology and pronouns in practice to continue to encourage an inclusive environment for BCLP colleagues and the firmwide community.
BCLP partnered with Global Butterflies, an organization that specializes in helping business become more trans and non-binary inclusive.
