BCLP Awarded “United Arab Emirates Real Estate Law Firm of the Year” at Chambers Middle East Awards 2022

Chambers Middle East Awards 2022 has honoured Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP with the “United Arab Emirates Real Estate Law Firm of the Year” award for 2022.  

The event took place virtually on Wednesday, 23 March 2022. Marlene Herman, EMEA Research Manager, Chambers and Partners presented the award.

Some of the key mandates that the team has worked on over the last 12 months include:

• Advising Diriyah Gate Development Authority on the title and master community framework governing its multibillion-dollar mega projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Advising Masdar on all aspects of the Masdar Green Reit including real estate and corporate structuring; real estate due diligence; advice on the establishment of Green REIT under the ADGM’s fund rules and regulations; arrangements with Emirates ENBD and completion of the transfer of the seed assets into Masdar Green REIT.
• Advising the Binghatti Group on the sale of Binghatti Beverages manufacturing and bottling facility in Kizad Freezone, Abu Dhabi.

BCLP was also shortlisted for ‘United Arab Emirates Construction Law Firm of the Year’.
