BCLP is shortlisted in two categories for the International Tax Review EMEA Tax awards: UK Tax Disputes Firm of the Year and for Indirect Firm of the Year, while Global Practice Group Leader for Tax Elizabeth Bradley is a finalist for Tax Practice Leader of the Year.

This year’s 20th annual awards celebrate the most impressive tax, transfer pricing (TP), tax disputes, and indirect tax teams and practitioners across 33 jurisdictions throughout the region. The awards also recognize achievements in tax technology, innovation, policy, compliance and reporting, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In addition to the firm's shortlist, BCLP’s Global Practice Group Leader for Tax Elizabeth Bradley has been recognized for her exceptional proficiency in complex real estate tax and cross-border transactions. Elizabeth acts for a diverse range of clients, including commercial property owners, real estate funds, private equity, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and developers. With over 20 years of experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, and structured finance, she has a strong focus on property-related tax issues such as VAT and stamp duty land tax, making a profound impact on the field.

The ITR EMEA Tax Awards have taken place annually since 2005 and recognize remarkable achievements and developments by international tax professionals from Europe, Middle East and Africa over a 12-month period.
